“You’re too young to know anything about love.”
Most adults view young love as a childish amount of lust for attentions and companies. They might be right, but they’re not stating the fact, it’s just simply an opinion. Never in my entire life have I seen what two young people can and will do for each others. We stay up all night talking or webcamming until the one of us fall asleep. We enjoy their presences and treasure every minute we have with them. We’re young so we usually don’t have a job so what do we do? We go on cheap dates where chips and sodas will be serve. Maybe if we get lucky, we go out to eat at a fancy restaurant, but that isn’t needed. Since we’re quite young, we usually don’t have a car. So what do we do? We forget the distance and walk to their house just to see them. We sneak inside their houses when no one is home and challenge them into a round of Black Ops and see who get pwn the quickest or we can hold our lover’s hand while dominating Modern Warfare with over 10 killstreaks. Then we’ll get hungry and microwave a cup of instant noodles and share them and maybe, we’ll have a competition to see who will eat the most. After several cups of noodles, we’ll be bloated and watch a chick flick or two. We can lay right beside each others and cuddle, no sex, until one have to leave. What about anniversaries? He would probably present her with some roses, a card, and a trip to her favorite restaurant since we girls love to eat or he could go to the extreme and present her with something no other guy has ever done for her. She would probably save up some money to buy him that one pair of J’s he has been wanting for the longest or she can plan out an amazing date for the both of them. We take millions of pictures to remember each day we spent with them. What happen when we’re apart? We gaze upon those pictures and reminisce about the old days. We sit there and wonder how lucky we are to have them in our lives, why did they choose us, and not someone else. We miss them when they’re gone and comprehend those earlier arguments, feeling how foolish they were. & I could type all day about this supposedly ’fake love’ we teens share, but that would be like typing a book. Maybe some might be all about lusts, but I can guarantee that some relationships are true. They wouldn’t go the distance if it wasn’t worth the time. I believe in miracles and we’re out here proving you wrong.
